At school, we recognise that family life can sometimes be challenging, especially when relationships change or break down. These moments can be difficult for everyone, and we know they can affect children in different ways. Please know that we are here to support both you and your child during these times.
With this in mind, we are partnering with Early Help (Early Help and Targeted Support ) to offer the Parents Under Pressure Programme—a free, confidential service designed to support parents who may be experiencing conflict. The attached leaflet explains more about how the programme works and how it aims to help families reduce stress and strengthen communication.
If you feel this support could be helpful for your family, the school can make a referral so that both parents are able to take part. The first sessions are carried out gently and confidentially with each parent separately, helping the team build a clear and understanding picture before any joint work takes place.
If you would like more information, or if you think this programme might be of benefit, please do get in touch with us. We are always here to listen and to help in any way we can.
