From September 2023, Headteachers were only able to grant authorised term time absence for exceptional circumstances.  As of 19th August this year, that has been strengthened by the Government guidelines regarding attendance.

If you are considering a term time absence, then please do read our Attendance pages and follow the links to the Gov.uk and GCC pages which provide more information.  Should you still wish to request a term time absence for any reason, then you will need to complete an absence request form which can be found below or paper copies are also available from reception.  Requests which are made without any reason will be returned so that the paperwork can be completed as per Government guidelines.
