We recognise that parents make a significant difference to the pupils’ progress in Mathematics and encourage this essential partnership. Homework is used for the following purposes:

• To practice a skill
• To learn time tables or number facts
• To explore a mathematical problem or question

The school subscribes to Time Tables Rock Stars to target the learning of times tables. Parents have access to this resource at home and are asked to work with their child to support this learning.

We use Mangahigh to reinforce learning in the classroom.  Children are set Mangahigh assignments to complete as homework.  Class teachers provide each child with specific login information so they can access the set assignments and games.
